Being prepared for emergencies will not only help you when the Big One hits, or you're flooded out, or mud comes pouring through your home, or you have to evacuate because of fire, or whatever your own local natural disaster combo is, but also when the small daily emergencies arise. Here are some websites with information to help you get prepared to deal with what comes.
